These Terms govern use of the ScrexCode website and services (“Service”), operated by ScrexCode And Mask My Name LLC (“ScrexCode,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, tokens, and billing

Any prices, token amounts, billing intervals, renewal rules, taxes, cancellation terms, and refund policies shown at checkout will govern the relevant purchase and must be clearly disclosed before payment. The sample prices on this demo page are illustrative and do not themselves create a paid subscription. Do not activate payments until your billing provider, token accounting, renewal, and cancellation flows are configured.

7. Your content

You are responsible for prompts, files, and other content you submit and must have the rights to use them. You retain rights you hold in your input and output, subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms. You grant us the limited permissions needed to operate and provide the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service may depend on third-party AI, hosting, analytics, or payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for services outside our control.

9. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
